can now be authorizers for compression garments in Ontario.
The ADP program is now covering 75% of the cost of the Reid Sleeve Classic
for persons with lymphedema in their upper and lower limbs.

The Province of Ontario provides 75% of the costs for compression garments for individuals with chronic lymphedema and extremity pumps for individuals with primary lymphedema who qualify for support from its Assistive Devices Program (ADP).

The Juravinski Cancer Centre (formerly known as the Hamilton Regional Cancer Centre), has re-opened their lymphedema clinic. Breast cancer patients must be referred by their oncologist. For information please contact Margaret Forbes, RN at (905) 387-9495 ext. 64176.

The Toronto General Hospital, Peter Munk Cardiac Centre, University Ave., Toronto, ON. To obtain a lymphedema clinic referral the family physician or specialist fax a detailed referral and relevant testing to 416-340-5029 attention TGH lymphedema clinic. The clinic will call the patient with an appointment. Due to the volume of requests an appointment may take several months. Please note that this clinic will see patients with lower extremity lymphedema only.
