And other fun activities!!

The provinces of B.C. and Manitoba both recognized March 6 as Lymphedema Awareness Day. Calgary, Alberta and Burnaby B.C., along with 41 communities in Manitoba declared March 6 as Lymphedema Awareness Day.

It's not too early to get cracking and start organizing next year's March 6 proclamations and events. Please find below a sample proclamation request letter, developed by the BC Lymphedema Association, the LE proclamation by the Province of Manitoba and a LE Day Proclamation by the City of Selkirk in Manitoba which demonstrate how you can make a LE day happen in your community.
